In July 2020, our company achieved a public offering of 20 million shares, raising a total of 184 million RMB, and was listed on the select tier of the NEEQ system, becoming the first batch of select enterprises in the country and the first select tier in Fujian Province.
In November 2020, our company changed its name to "Long Bamboo Technology Group Co., Ltd". It based on the company's strategic development plan and analysis of the bamboo industry, combined with its own technological advantages. Eventually, our group was driven by research and development, and integrated bamboo material study, product design, independent brand building and sales.
Since 2017, Long Bamboo Group was certified as a high-tech enterprise again in December 2020. By the end of 2020, our company has obtained a total of 152 patents, including 16 invention patents.
In March 2020, our company won the "Fourth Nanping Municipal Government Quality Award".
In January 2020, our company established a wholly-owned subsidiary Nanping Longtai Customized Houseware Co., Ltd to expand the company's personalized customization business and meet the needs of markets.
